I traveled here in April by myself but returned this time with my wife. Still the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. They are simply wonderful. And since I was here they have replaced paper cups in the room with glasses, a great improvement. When we got to the property and asked for a slightly bigger room with a better bathroom we were upgraded without charge. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the money. The location is near perfect - the T1 tram at your doorstep, Perrache station about 100m away, supermarkets and shops close by.

The location is great, located just next to a train station (our rooms were quiet). The hotel offers discounted prices when you come by car and use the Q Park next door (literally just next door). When you stay from 7PM-9AM you only pay 10€ instead of 25€ per night. The rooms are tiny but enough for a night and it's great value to visit the city center from there because it's around 30 min of walking, you can choose by the Rhone or Seine :) beautiful.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and helpful - the epitome of hospitality. And the location is surprisingly good - half way between old and modern Lyon, the tram stop on the line from Gare Lyon Part Dieu is right opposite the hotel.

The location is perfect, very close ti the main station and lot of activities (boulangeries, cafés, the main mall) and well connected to the city center. The room is very nice, has all the facilities and everything is clean and comfortable (especially the bed). The breakfast is a good variety and quality and the staff is always there. It is a perfect 3 stars hotel with a good quality-price.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! We arrived late at night and the staff were accommodating and kind. Our room was very clean and wonderful. It was small, but I think it was big relative to other hotels in the area! They cleaned our room every day! Also, the area is very convenient for commuting in any direction, next to the metro and train station and right outside the hotel there is a tram stop. We will definitely choose it again if we go to Lyon.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. It was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The rooms are not big, but for 1 night it was perfect. The guy that welcomed us was very very nice and spoke english very well, made our stay better for sure. The hotel is also pretty close to the metro, so it is very easy to reach it.

Extremely clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the little extras such as kettle and tea/coffee in room. Bathroom fittings were spotlessly clean. Location ideal for transport; Tram lines at the front door, bus station and Perrache train station right next door. Some nice restaurants within walking distance.
